12 years ago I created the Special Blend Coffee Shop. Special Blend is a student led business that services students with special needs. The program is an established as a student club on a high school campus with a student activities account in the school’s bookstore. I have used this business with students with severe multiple disabilities to moderate to mild disabilities. It is adaptable to every level of student in your class.
