Graphing like Y=MX+B (Taylor Swift, 22) (Worksheet, Lyrics, Video)
As a personal attendee of 8 years of all-girls school, and a HUGE Taylor Swift fan, this is a product I created to help engage fellow Swift fans in math, particularly to help girls feel competent and confident when working through problems. My students have loved these disposable crutches and can refer back to them when doing more complex problems.
You can use the entire song or just the chorus. This product is great for helping students understand graphing and the basic equation Y=MX+B.

I got this idea from a YouTube video done by some high school kids for a project. I needed something fun to help students remember the slope formula. I am so lucky to have had such a wonderful Host Teacher during my Student Teaching that he allowed me to do this! It ended up being a great memory tool.....students remembered this song every time a slope formula question came up!
