I use this project in my AP Language & Composition and AP Literature courses, but it could easily be adapted to any English, History, or Humanities course. It asks students to create a portfolio of notes based on experiences they have had with Books, Experts, Art, and Research (BEAR). Each month students have a new set of notes that they submit.
