Center Rotation Schedule for the Week
This is what I post everyday so students know what center they are doing when. Teacher group is my guided reading center. The way this is organized is that I see my lowest groups at least 3 times a week (which is recommended) and my high group is the only one I see on Friday. Feel free to edit as you wish.

Grading Sheet for Book Clubs
I use this grading sheet for book clubs. When students are meeting, I go around and check off their jobs in their groups.
