1. Print these cards, cut them out, and use them as a visual introduction to citizenship.
• Show the students these cards and ask them if the children shown are being good citizens or if they are following rules at home, school, or in the community.

I needed something simple to cover our Pre-K standard about community helpers, so I came up with this super easy game that covers math (sorting), Social Studies (community helpers), and Language Arts (speaking, vocabulary)! Students will match the tools to the community helper that uses it. If you want to extend the lesson, ask the students what the helper does with that tool.
