Students will use simple shapes and concepts while learning how to create their own version of French artist Claude Monet's Lily Pad paintings. Basic materials that most classrooms have are the only things necessary to accomplish great results! This lesson is one I use with my kindergarten classes; but it could easily be used with older grades.
