This multiplication book I made for the end of the year when we were leaning about multiplication and arrays. I had the kids draw (like an array), add, and multiply each equation. When I made the books I copied the cover on construction paper. Then I copied the set of equations and cut them in 2 and then staple on the left hand side the construction paper cover and back. This cuts down on copies. I try to copy all of the covers for the different multiples on different colored construction paper.

You may hand out page and give them a number and they write it in the center of the donuts then they have to add it to all numbers and write the answer on the outside of the empty spaces in the donuts. As students master a number fact you may track it and keep going on to the next number and you may use it to track data and see the how they progress.
