I have taught both in class as a Homeroom teacher and rotary style. I have taught all subjects in English and French, most of my time being in the intermediate division. I have taught in other countries giving me different perspectives. I love teaching and am constantly creating new resources to suit the needs of my students.
I love incorporating real world learning elements and themes to my teaching approach. I like embedding grammar within the concepts taught I include a variety of resources embedding different themes (i.e. cultural awareness, black history, Indigenous Truth & Reconciliation, etc.) and holiday traditions throughout the year.
