TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Jocelyn Brannon serves as Director of The Palmetto School of Protocol, a division of her professional services firm, CHARM Communications, LLC. Mrs. Brannon has a long history of teaching and conducting manners instruction workshops with youth and initially began implementing youth development, manners and etiquette instruction programs while enrolled as an undergraduate at the University of Georgia. Her experiences as an “Army Brat” provided her with endless opportunities to participate in social settings where military protocol was required. These experiences were continued as the wife of a U.S. Marine Corps Officer. Mrs. Brannon is certified Children's Etiquette Consultant by the renowned American School of Protocol and has taught youth on both the North American and African continents. Mrs. Brannon has worked in corporate sales with Philip Morris, USA and has held various positions in the broadcasting and cable industry, including serving as a video journalist with CNN. She has over fifteen years of experience working with youth, schools, school districts, and after school programs. Mrs. Brannon is comfortable working side by side with dignitaries, politicians and celebrities. Her experiences both personally and professionally have provided years of opportunities to excel at social poise and grace.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Mrs. Brannon earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia’s College of Journalism and Mass Communications and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia Department of Public Administration and Policy-School of Public and International Affairs.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Mrs. Brannon is returned to the United States after living for several years in East Africa and Europe. She is married to an amazing man and is the mother of two amazing children who happen to be twins.
