TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught high school for over fifteen years. My time has been spent at both small and large high schools. I have taught a variety of subjects, including American History, Government, World History, Economics, Geography, Sociology, and Current Events. I have also taught concurrent college classes for many years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I focus on project based learning more than traditional styles of teaching. My projects generally include numerous options for students. I let students make many choices about what they can include or what the final product will look like.
