TEACHING EXPERIENCE

As an experienced educator, I have dedicated my career to providing quality education to young learners. While completing my Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Macquarie University in Sydney, I gained valuable experience working in daycares. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for children from birth to 12 years old. Upon graduation, I began my teaching journey in primary schools in Sydney, where I honed my skills and gained further knowledge about early childhood education. In August 2018, I relocated to London to be with my partner and continued my teaching career in various schools throughout the city. Working in different schools has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of education. I have learned to adapt to various teaching styles and have become proficient in utilising diverse teaching methods to accommodate the unique learning needs of my students. Overall, my passion for education, coupled with my dedication to providing a supportive learning environment, has allowed me to be successful in my teaching career, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Welcome to the page of a passionate and engaging educator! As a dedicated teacher, I take pride in creating a learning environment that is both enjoyable and conducive to learning. I believe that a happy and safe classroom is the foundation for successful learning, and I strive to make sure that my students feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their abilities. My teaching style is characterised by a playful and light-hearted approach that emphasises the importance of having fun while learning. I believe that incorporating humour and laughter into the classroom helps to create a positive and enriching atmosphere that encourages creativity, engagement, and active participation. By making learning enjoyable, my students are more likely to retain the learning and apply it in their daily lives. As an educator, I strongly believe in nurturing the whole child and supporting them with all their needs. I recognize that children have diverse needs, and I strive to create a classroom that is inclusive, empathetic, and understanding. My aim is to foster a sense of community where every student feels valued and appreciated. I understand that education is not just about academic achievements, but also about personal growth and development. Therefore, I make it a priority to create a supportive and caring environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas, emotions and seeking help when needed. I believe that if my students are happy and fulfilled, they will be more motivated to learn and achieve their goals. In summary, my teaching style is centred around creating a joyful, inclusive, and supportive classroom that fosters creativity, engagement, and active participation. I am committed to nurturing the whole child and supporting them with all their needs, ensuring that they feel happy, safe, and confident in their abilities.
