Information Report BUNDLE with Posters and Templates

There are two products in this bundle. The 13 information report posters have been designed as an easy reference for your students when they are writing informational texts. It explains what an information text is and defines; classification, appearance, habitat, threats, behaviour, movement, diet, predators, babies/reproduction and points that they could explore for interesting facts. There is also a poster that demonstrates the structure.

The report templates and scaffolds support students learning to write informational texts. It helps the writing process with a web organiser where they can note information they find. Then, they can use more detailed research templates as they prepare to write their report. Once they have this information, they can use the scaffold to appropriately divide their information into the structure of their report. When ready, there are writing pages provided. There is a blank template as well as 29 with pictures of animals that may be chosen.

This product will support your students as they are provided with structure when writing as they know what information to find to include in their report. It will also contribute to a more thorough report as it is an easy reference point for students.
