TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I was a classroom teacher for 7 years. I now got promoted to being a full time homeschooling mommy/educarer to 5 little learners.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Classroom: Whole group discussion/lesson using technology (PowerPoint presentations and videos), small group center based activities (hands on learning, games and printable, Daily 5, use of technology) and 1 on 1 or guided reading/math. Now that I am a homeschooling mommy, I still use my classroom teaching style with more crafting, Charlotte Mason and Montessori style learning through play, interactive note booking / lapbooking and more. I create my lesson and activities based on what my kids enjoy doing while making sure they are learning important practical/life skill.
