ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Hi teacher friend! I'm Kristine and I have been working in special education for 13 years now. I started at UC Berkeley's Disability Auxiliary Unit, then became an instructional assistant, teacher, and department coordinator. This curriculum series is the culmination of 10 years of teaching transition topics in my Career Connections classroom. I strive to make these resources as current as possible, and adapt them regularly as education continues to evolve!

Personally, I am a Mom of 2 girls and my husband is also a Special Education High School Teacher. We enjoy spending time on the coast as much as possible. I also enjoy playing the piano, writing, and watching movies with my girls!
