I have worked all over the country, at every kind of school, teaching almost every grade! In Michigan I taught elementary, middle and high school Spanish, as well as high school ELA. In California and Florida I also taught high school ELA.
Nurture the child first. A child that is loved is more likely to want to learn from you. I have always incorporated flexible seating (when permitable), SEL techniques, meditation, and conflict resolution into my classes. It is my #1 priority to create a safe place for my students to grow and learn!

SEL (Social Emotional Learning) doesn't have to be difficult or intimidating. It doesn't matter if you have a background in counseling or have experience talking about "feelings." ⭐️SEL Made Easy ⭐️ is for the teacher that wants to help their students be more self-aware... but doesn't know how to start. Can you relate? My print-and-teach materials are simple supplements to your curriculum. They take little to no planning on your part, but make a lasting impression on your students.
