I have worked as an Education Specialist in co-teaching with General Educators, team teaching in ELA/ Social Studies, Math, art elective, and ELD. I taught multiple grades at a k to 8 grade in a self-contained Special Day Class for about 9 years. I taught as a Resource Specialist teacher with Small group about 12 years in a 6 to 8th grade Middle School. I have been trained and experienced collaborative teaching with Immersing students in the General Education setting from 1 class to full inclusive setting with support and consulting with General Education teachers and colleagues. I have volunteered in underprivileged communities tutoring after school in the East and West Coast.

I love to integrate art in my teaching and Project-based Learning (PBL). I really enjoyed co-teaching and working with students in various co-teaching methods such as Parallel teaching, team teaching, etc.
