TEACHING EXPERIENCE

After working for two (plus) decades in manufacturing as a trainer, I decided that being in the classroom was where I needed to be. I returned to school to obtain my Master's degree and initial teaching license. I have been teaching high school English and Spanish for three years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Since I am a relative rookie to the profession, my basic style is "continuous improvement." Most of what I do is an experiment to see what works and what doesn't work. I am always trying to be better today than I was yesterday and, as a result, I make whatever changes are necessary to obtain my daily goals and objectives.
