I have spent the last 20 years in education; from a middle school social studies teacher to a high school at-risk teacher to an assistant principal. I love to look at any problem through a variety of lenses to offer helpful solutions. I believe that administrators and teachers must work hand in hand to create a positive staff atmosphere through evaluation. I am a mother of a teenage daughter, a middle school boy and wife of a high school football coach. I enjoy creating materials that make the system and process of education easier for every party involved.
