TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Welcome to my store! I am going into my 26th year of teaching - all in the primary grades. I taught Tk - 2nd grades and love creating curriculum for those grade levels. I am so glad to have this oppotrunity to be a part of Teachers Pay Teachers. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything I can do to help you in your educational journey! :)

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is ever evolving as I constantly am learning about the latest and greatest trends in teaching. I love being challenged and I love helping anyone who needs it (no matter what age).

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

In 2018 I was honored to be named Teacher of the Year in my district. Previous to this, I was named Teacher of the Fall Term in 2017 and I have received longevity awards for 15 and 20 years of service with the district where I am employed.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

In the later part of the 90's, I earned a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a CLAD empahsis from Fresno State University. Following graduation, I conintued my education and worked through 90 more units in a varitey of classes related to education. I have attended the following TPT Conferences: Los Angeles, Nashville, Austin and The Virtual one in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In 2020 I also attended the following virtual conferences: Get Your Teach On, STEM With Carly and Adam, and Teach Your Heart Out
