I have been teaching honors high school and IB history and anthropology classes for 13 years! Working in both a small IB High School, as well as a larger public school, I have taught everything from World History, Advanced US History, Government, to Yearbook, Journalism, and Leadership classes. I know what students respond to, and am excited to share sources that get students excited about history!
I utilize student-centered strategies that focus on the development of skills as students learn to ask questions, find evidence, and communicate their findings in efficient and creative ways.
