Suzie Gamble is an educator with over 25 years of teaching experience in the US and Japan. While in Japan, she created and headed an American preschool program in Omiyashi. She is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Elementary Education. Suzie is also a gymnastics coach, with over 25 years of coaching and choreography experience. This follows her 15 years as a competitive gymnast, including being a member of the Canadian National team. Originally from Montreal, she has also utilized her cultural background to teach French. Suzie currently resides in Kaneohe, Hawaii and keeps herself balanced by traveling to interesting places, collecting cool shoes, attending awesome concerts, participating in triathlons, and drinking coffee. Jan Corsino is a visual arts educator with over 20 years of teaching experience. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture from the University of Hawaii and a Master of Arts degree in Art Education from Boston University. She has taught a range of grade levels (from preschool to high school) and abilities (mainstream, gifted, dyslexic, ADD/ADHD, etc.) She has numerous publications highlighting her work as an advocate for arts integration, as well as her work as an exhibiting artist. Jan grew up in Hawaii, has a black belt in Okinawa karate, travels the world with her twin daughters and husband, collects tattoos, and drinks coffee with Suzie. Suzie and Jan are also International Baccalaureate trained and experienced teachers (over 10 years).
