Cassi's Classroom

I have been teaching since 2004. I started my career as a Title One Reading teacher for second and third graders. Then, I taught Intervention for 7 years for second through fourth graders. Finally, I moved into the classroom full time teaching third grade. I have taught students at all levels, including two years teaching gifted students.

In 2004, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Reading from Kent State University. Later, I earned a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Ashland University along with a Reading Endorsement. Furthermore, I earned by Early Childhood Endorsement with now qualifies me to teach Grades PreK through Fifth.
