This is a great tool I use in my classroom for students to be in charge of recording their behavior at the end of the day. Students either color the dart board in green, yellow or red. Green=great day, Yellow=some warnings, Red=parent contact This is a wonderful tool to teach students to independently observe their behavior and chart it. At the end of the week, parents are to review this with their child, sign and return the following Monday.
