This project is fun for kids to apply what they learn in the classroom to a real-world example! I created this project for my own classroom, and students really enjoyed picking out new things to try! They especially enjoyed that there was no limit to how much they could spend, but if you wanted to put constraints on it (i.e. spending less than a target amount), kids will still have a great time being creative with percents!
