This is a table in a word document for the whole yellow book of Words their way. Every unit is listed, each word sort, with the focus of each sort. Fully editable, columns to adapt to your needs. I add columns to my table to document students' progress for each sort. I also can add weeks to each row, to see how far my students may get in a whole year. Guided Reading Planning Template
This is the template I use for my guided reading lessons. I included it as a word document so you can modify it as needed.
I 3 hole punch my template and put rings on it so I can hang it at my guided reading table. The open space is where I write down what we are doing and I can quickly jot notes down for what needs to be worked on next time.

I spent a lot of time over the summer putting together which resources would fit to which state standards for my secondary readers, so I thought it would be neat to share this with any other educator who might be able to use as needed.
