Curriculum Map Template {Middle & High School Humanities}
Having clearly mapped out units for the school year is critical in my practice, but I never quite found the right map to match my style and personality as a teacher. This curriculum map was designed by me, at the time, a 10-year veteran teacher, who decided to quit her comfortable job and take a new job closer to home. I created this map to help me navigate two brand new courses (English 1 and English 3) with the language, goals, and through processes that I felt comfortable with.

Student Log - Classroom Interactions and Behavior
This is a simple student log for all interactions and behavior [positive and negative!]. I found myself wanting to remember funny comments students made, notes about who they worked with best, parent interactions, notes about their home life, etc. This form helps keep track of everything regarding a student, not just negative behavior.
