Vaccai Singing Method for Chorus Distance Learning
I developed this lesson for my middle school chorus students while we were teaching online during the coronavirus pandemic. I selected the alto/baritone key signature for the Vaccai because, as my old voice teacher used to quip, “Everyone’s a mezzo soprano!” It’s a key that’s easy for everyone to sing, the soprano/tenor key regularly goes up to “E”s and “F”s, which may be uncomfortable for some singers.
