I love using Post- it notes in class! Printing them is super easy and a fun way to give kids feedback in notebooks or on assignments.
First print out the template and stick post it notes on top of it. Carefully feed it into your printer tray. BE SURE you know which way your printer feeds the paper to avoid jamming it. (I place my paper face down with the top feeding first).

Keep your own class list organised. This list separates boys from girls. Write your students names in alphabetical order.
I use this template mainly for collecting permission slips and marking them off.
I also use it for marking when homework is turned in each week. A tick for when it is turned in and a X or a N for when it is not turned in.

Speech Daily Note
I use this as a quick and easy note home in my preschool kiddos' take home folder. My personal version has my name and credentials in the footer. I tried to keep this editable microsoft word template simple -- the font used at the top is called Lemon Tuesday and I got it for free for personal and commercial use on 1001 fonts if you are interested! I inserted it as an image here so that it wouldn't mess up formatting on your end if the font is not in your system :)
