This practice job application provides plenty of room for them to
write in the spaces, while giving them daily practice in recalling

This activity is a great practice that will get your students conversing in Spanish. Students will take turns asking a partner what clients at a busy restaurant need/want. They will then fill in their empty spaces on their chart with their partners answers. Once the chart is completed a short writing activity is required.
