Book Review Template
This is a great tool for teacher after reading a picture book or short story to your students. It is aligned with the Ohio Common Core State Standards. It has the students list the main characters, identify and define new vocabulary, summarize from beginning to end, explain their favorite part, and give their opinion on the story just read.
