The Secret World of Hasidism: Movie Guide on Judaism, Ethnocentrism
This National Geographic special examines the life of Hasidic Jews. It is an excellent documentary to help students understand the unique customs and traditions of different denominations of world religions. I also use it as an opportunity to discuss cultural relativism and ethnocentrism. There are 15 questions - 13 multiple choice and 2 short answer.
