Jason Reynold's Long Way DownOne-Pager projects are such a fun way to bring a novel study, or any other type of text, to a close. Students are allowed to use their creative expression to connect visualization to the text. I have included a rubric, as well as some options for templates.

This is a detailed handout of the 3 different purposes for writing. It looks into and gives examples of to entertain, to persuade, and to inform. Students are then asked to find 2 youtube videos that fall under each category and then chose one to present to the class. When using this please stress that all videos should be school appropriate.
