Do you have students that need/ask for a break constantly? Maybe you have students that are learning how to request a break before behavior escalates. Either way, these break cards work great! I have it set up so my students can have 3 additional sensory/ brain breaks a day. Each break correlates with a different color. The first time they ask, they take a green card and circle how they are feeling. The second time they ask, they take a yellow card. The third time they ask, they take a red card.
