This activity was designed to guide 6th grade students write a research paper. There are a total of six paragraphs and each paragraph contains guiding questions to help them write a solid paper on archaeology. I use this at the end of the archaeology unit as an assessment tool. The students are given the handouts prior to the unit beginning so they know what the learning expectations are of the unit.
