This interactive guide allows students to explore what it means to be in control of our emptions and to lead with empathy. It is broken up into 6 days/lessons being taught in a 30-40 minute time frame. Their also is a pre/post survey to show the learning and growth your students will have when teaching with this curriculum which was developed to align with CASEL 5 and Common Sense Media for middle school students.
