Sketchbook Grading Policy
I use this to grade student sketchbooks. Students have a weekly sketchbook assignment. This list helps keep them on track. Students glue this handout to the front page of their sketchbooks and refer to it when needed. It gives great structure to the sketchbook process and ensures that students are completing quality work.

Weekly drawing topics
At the beginning of the semester I made a list of drawing topics that my students were supposed to draw in their sketchbooks. This is supposed to be fun and give the students the chance to make their own art with some direction on the topic. Each week the students had a new topic and would have to fill a page in their sketchbook. Our classes are every other day so the list is short and student knew that when they were finished with their classwork they were to work on sketchbook assignments. The
