Hamilton vs. Jefferson Cabinet Rap Battles 1 and 2 Analysis

Students listen to and analyze Cabinet Rap Battles 1 and 2 from Broadway's hit, "Hamilton." I use this in my classes as a supplement to cover the fierce debate between Secretary Hamilton and Secretary Jefferson. I play each battle twice and have students answer analysis questions as they listen. Students then turn and talk and share with each other. Lastly, we end with whole class discussion. Very engaging! Both Hamilton Cabinet Battles #1 and #2 can be found on youtube for free!
