This is a simple one-page JPEG that you can enlarge and print for the classroom, or use as a handout or journal insert. In my approach to dance and choreography, I think of four basic elements, with the acronym "BEST:" Body, Energy, Space, and Time. These are the What, How, Where, and When of dance! This sheet lists the elements with some of their sub-elements and is useful both for creating and for analyzing dances.
