All About Me: Create your own Spotify Playlist

Beginning of the Year Activity: Autobiographical Poem {3rd -8th}
This is fun way for students to get to know each other at the beginning of the year. Students will write a poem about their life. This resource includes a ready to print template, sample poem, blank borders pages, border pages with lines and a line guide (to keep handwriting straight).

U.S. President Research Project
Students will select a U.S. President and complete this research packet. They will look up his elections/campaigns, accomplishments, etc...
After the students complete the research, I have them create a visual aid that includes all of their info. This usually comes in the form of a poster or "tri-fold" board. But I do allow students to create a website, Prezi, or any other visual project that depicts all of the info.
