Assault and Battery (Do Now/Notes/You Tell Me's!/Hypotheticals/Exit Ticket)
Preview the juvenile assault and battery presentation. Have students complete the "Do Now." Have students independently complete the "You Tell Me" and then share with a partner. Have students take notes, and so on.Display the hypotheticals and have students decide if they are assault, battery, or aggravated assault. Hammurabi's Law Code Slide/Slideshow Activity
Present students with examples of Hammurabi's Law Code based on different aspects of daily life including Trade, Labor, Property, Family & Religion.
