This is a table I designed for my children to learn their skip counting and multiplication facts. On occasion, I have timed them for three minutes to complete the entire table with accuracy. It is amazing how quickly they have learned their facts, compared to using flashcards. This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License. After, we discussed if our estimate is higher or lower than what the product of the original problem would be. Students really enjoy this because they feel smart multiplying big numbers in their head : )
