This is good for any sport and can be passed out at a first practice or a parent meeting. I created this handout to give to my athletes at the beginning of track season. It includes basics on foods and water intake. It also includes a simple YES and NO list they can hang on their fridge regarding foods they should and should not eat. If you want to be a successful athlete, you have to be aware of nutrition. What you put into your body will directly affect what you get out of it. Following
