I wanted plain (no decoration) writing paper for my students and couldn't find one online that I liked, so I made my own. There are three styles: lined with no picture box, lined with a large picture box, and lined with a small picture box. There is a page number line at the bottom right corner. To print just one page style, click "Print" then in the "Pages" box, write which page you need (uncheck "Print All").

At the beginning of the year, I write my students' address and phone number in yellow highlighter for them to practice tracing. As they begin to memorize their information, I fade the highlighting until they are practicing on their own. I put the page in a sheet protector for daily use again and again.
