Parent-Teacher Meeting Notes
This is a quick and easy-to-use hand-out for taking notes during meetings with parents. It provides accountability and documentation for the teacher. The template (included in both color and B&W) includes space for the date, the student name, recording who called the meeting (the parent or the teacher), the concerns presented, and a plan of action.
