Bingo for Beginners! - Critical Thinking, Singing, Instruments, and more!!
I needed a resource and song-file that would help me teach to very young English Language Learners. Bingo turned out to be the perfect song because learners sound out his name, spell it over and over again, play with beat vs. rhythm, and also work on taking out letters one a time.
This process works really well for my little students half-way through the year after they’ve had some practice with letters and beat vs. rhythm. I made this file to create a visual representation for my students

This is a powerful lesson for students to see a modern connection to the past.Before this lesson, you should discuss with students how the North was complicit in slavery as much as the South was in the years prior to the Civil War. Songs of the Enlightenment! Which Enlightenment Philosopher would sing it?
