I use these rubrics in my classroom. I keep them in Word format because I like to modify them a bit based on the assignment/prompt. Sometimes I use a word count, other times page count. If I'm working on something like "voice" I emphasize that more on the rubric. If my recent lesson is on subordinating conjunctions, I emphasize that.
