A STAAR motivator for students to the tune of Meghan Trainor's "All About that Bass" Play this song for your students this week and next week as they work hard to prepare for the State of Texas exam! This is a song based on Donald Crews' Shortcut. It follows the sequence of the story line and builds suspense similar to the story. New Shoes Song
This song is called "New Shoes" and my students absolutely love it! We have so much fun singing and dancing along to this little toon and celebrating our shoes : ) I find that it goes nicely with Pete the Cat. I like to use it for Shared Reading as well.
