Social Story- personal space

"My Space Bubble" is a social story created for young children. Using a hula hoop as a guide, this story helps children build an internal understanding of what personal space should look and feel like. Print and use ready to go! Or, add your own photos to deepen your child's personal connection. We introduced it to a classroom full of 4-5 year olds by reading the story and then practicing being good "space pilots" with hula hoops outside. We did it with 3 to 4 children at a time in small groups.

Instead, we have the equal right to receive an education, and everyone will get what is "fair".Due to font and clipart copyright, this slideshow is NOT editable. Fonts are from A Perfect Blend

Would they tell me if they felt unsafe? I wanted to talk to them in a way that was easy and lighthearted, but it felt like such a "yucky" talk. I wanted them to know I was there for them, but I didn't want to worry them or make them feel like I was accusing their families of anything. I just really wanted them to know I was there f
