This webquest is a fun introduction to American English dialects and pronunciation. It could be used across several classes, though I use it with my Speech 101 class to introduce pronunciation exercises. The Webquest uses multiple links from the www.pbs.org "Sea to Shining Sea" site. The students will read high interest nonfiction articles and respond to reflection questions. This includes all of the necessary intro quiz and article links.
