“Fractions are division problems” explains to students that if they divide the numerator by the denominator that they will be able to convert fractions into mixed numbers or improper fractions. This is a song I wrote to help my students remember how many sides each polygon has! They really enjoyed singing it and it really helped them remember. I always love when they take the test and I can hear them humming the tune to help them remember!
Pi Day Math Song
This is a song about pi to the tune of "Friday" by Rebecca Black. My students and I sing this every pi day and they beg me to sing it other times throughout the year.
